“The CD release party was beautiful...Persian rice, potato crust, salad with greens and fennel, and with lentils, pomegranate, seeds and nuts; salmon with herbs. We had appetizers with eggplant and chickpeas. Everyone who worked on the CD—the guests, that is—got to relax and eat and chat. Anousheh shopped, cooked, delivered, and presented—oh, and cleaned up.
